Sensorium Wine Dinner – Wednesday, November 9, 2011
Save the date for the Sensorium Wine Dinner on Wednesday, November 9, 2011! We are preparing a wonderful feast of the senses with a sensational winery (too much right?).
Sensorium Wines specializes is small lot, hand crafted wines from select vineyards in Napa Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains and Central Coast. While drinking their Viognier, the Misperception Rhone blend, and the Cabernet Sauvignon, (as well as some of our own LPR cocktails), we’ll be feasting on a special menu Chef has created including Wild Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Citrus and Cognac Squab, Roasted Mocha Venison Tenderloin, accompanied by the finest farm-fresh vegetables.
For dessert, Chef’s Souffle with White Chocolate with Wild Berry Compote. The menu is being finalized soon, so look for our email or check back with us here shortly. The price will be $75 per guest and activities start at 6:30.
